Welcome to Villa Magnolia - 6 guest apartment

The apartment is located at the ground floor of a classic Spanish villa. There is 1 more apartment (2 guests) adjacent to this one. You have full access to the house outdoor pool & terass with lounge furniture and sun beds. 50 meters down the street is the community pool for those who are interested in more sporty swimming.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with separate kitchen/dining room and a bathroom. The bathroom is fully tiles and has both shows cabin and bath tub. A total of 6 beds are available (double bed, sofa bed and bunk bed). Bed linnen are included.

The kitchen is fully equiped to make your vacation feel just like home ! The amenities include a fridge & freezer, warm air oven, microwave oven, cooktop, coffie machine and much much more. Plates, glasses, cuttlery etc is available to fascilitate for 6 persons.Also included in the kitchen is a dishwasher and washing machine.

The apartment has a newly installed airco and wifi access, all in accordance with Spanish rental regulations.Included in the rent is room for one car on the driveway.

The TV assortment includes a large selection of Spanish channels and the room has a wall mounted safe.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Fredrik (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
