This luxury marina waterfront apartment is located directly in the heart of El Gouna in the famed Super Yacht Marina. In addition to the spectacular views offered, our new 2 bedroom apartment offers all the charm of Egypt with all the modern conveniences.

A fully equipped marble Kitchen including a washing machine, a 32" Samsung LCD TV, DVD/ that plays Dvd's along with Divx, Avi, MP3's and Jpeg photos from your camera as you relax in the evening. Sony Ipod dock with Radio! There are 3 separate zones for the Ducted A/C to offer the ultimate in comfort. There is a Marble bathroom and an additional Marble Ensuite situated in the master bedroom.

Being less than a 5min stroll from the beach, the location is also perfect for Scuba divers and Kite surfers.

Direct five hour flights from Gatwick and Manchester on Fridays. From Belgium: Jetairfly and Thomas Cook Airlines fly direct. From Geneva: Easyjet flies direct. From Cairo: 5hrs by road transfer or a 45minute flight from Cairo.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Bishoy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
