Villa 7 has everything you could want - a home from home but in the beautiful sunshine but always with a cooling breeze ensuring no humid conditions. El Gouna offers some spectacular views along its coastline and the 2 marinas are breath-taking - some of the most beautiful boats you could ever wish to see. So much to do and see in either of the downtown or marina areas. Only a short transfer from airport (approx. 25 minutes- transfers can be arranged). The heated pool comes in to its own in the slightly cooler months (Nov - Feb *Optional extra - ask owner*). The villa is surrounded by 6 metre hedge line and is completely secure with gated (lockable) entrance. Parking available within grounds of villa but transport also available by taxi, tuk tuk or local bus at minimal charge.

Please note that additional cleaning practices have now been adopted at the villa in light of the current global issues with Covid 19. The entire property is fully disinfected after each rental. Special attention is paid to all touch points and hard surfaces. If you require any additional cleaning or laundry during your stay, this can be arranged locally via the property Manager for an additional fee.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Emma (the owner) a message.

If Emma (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
