This object "objectively" is the best location of all El Portil. Why? 5 minutes walk to the beach with different sports, 2 minutes to the biggest supermarket, SPAR, and 3 minutes to El Jamon supermarket. 1 minute to the pedestrian, 2 minutes to the best restaurants (some offer the menu of the day with first, second and third including wine or beer for 8E, only!), 3 minutes for good and cheap clothing stores. With the private pool cleaned in the garden of your urbanization, open in summer, what else do you need? This study was the first one that was sold in the 70's, many months before the first stone of the building was laid. For his good faith, the architect sold my father the second best apartment in the building: No. 315, in which there is always natural air from three sides. We never needed an air conditioner, until today ... (And ... for who would be the best studio of all, well? For the architect ... It's 415, a plant above ...) Its price includes a deposit of 400E. This money will be automatically reimbursed through the agency a few days after your departure. El Portil, with its wonderful climate of comfort, is right on the Atlantic Ocean, in the south of Spain, 60 km from the border with Portugal. If you fly there, Seville and Faro (Portugal) will leave equally, both of 100km / 105km away. From Faro, there is a transfer for 25E per person. Then you do not need a car, since public buses in summer go once an hour. From June to September the large pool is open, well cared for by a guard. There is no hotel in the place, you will not hear neither English nor German normally, there is only individual Spanish tourism! The studio has fully glazed doors to the terrace with table and wicker chairs. It goes towards the southwest, towards the sea. The pine trees in front have grown very high, the sea is not seen when one does not measure 2m ... With proper wind direction, it can be heard, however;)))). The double bed measures 1.35 x 2.00 and has a new double mattress very high, good for your health, so that you have sweet and deep dreams every night. There is a small flat screen TV with satellite TV and a collection of hand-selected movies and audio CDs. The efficient and super fast washing machine (35 minutes!) Is fantastic, it even has a hand washing program. The dishwasher also works pretty fast and very good. White bathroom with good shower. There is always a cool breeze in the studio when the bathroom, kitchen and terrace doors open. Air conditioning never hafalfa. The American kitchen is open, equipped with crockery and very large cutlery, so you never have to wash dishes by hand. A fridge with freezer serves for 6 people. A quick plate, a microwave, a mixer with 2 inserts - one for gazpacho and one for frozen milkshakes, maybe? The coffee machine is mechanical. However, for 3 euros they serve him breakfast at As de Oro, with two toasted bread, a cappuccino and a natural orange juice with ice. They will find bedding and towels, even beach towels! If you forget some of your clothes at home, it does not matter. There are stores with plenty of offers for little money. In the parking lot of the area (7min.foot) on Sundays between 11: 00-14: 00 there is also a bargain market. Beach equipment also awaits you. Please, use it! The thermo 1.5l can cool you with ice water on the beach, if you do not like to wait for the distributors to come to offer you drinks and ice cream? Of course, there are also beach bars. There are bathrooms and showers too. The beach remains extremely clean. Dogs are not allowed. Attention, the Atlantic is not as harmless as the Mediterranean Sea: There are tides! You will find brochures about the area and Huelva in the study, in four languages. As most people now have internet on their phones, there is no WiFi on the pedestrian, but there is still in the SURF BAR on the way to Nuevo Portil, on the left. Why can't I call Ricarda (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ricarda (the owner) a message.

If Ricarda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
