We are a family with two little girls of 9 and 10 years, traveling around the world. We plan to anchor at the San Blas during the 2017 - 2018 season and we would be delighted to welcome you aboard our Catamaran to make you discover this little paradise. Our two girls are very discreet and you will be charmed by their kindness and helpfulness. My wife, she, will seduce you with its culinary strengths, but especially by his beautiful voice during our little dances. And I, captain of this boat, I will make you discover the magic of sailing, and take you to a small unusual place far from mass tourism. For the interested ones, I will teach you and let you maneuver this catamaran during our navigations between these 365 magnificent islands. a little more about our floating house ;-) - The lavezzi 40 is one of the only 40ft (12m) catamaran with a spacious front beach fully equipped with sunbathing. We will put you at your disposal a giant screen and a retro projector to enjoy a unique cinema session, outdoors, under a starry sky. - We have a hull entirely dedicated to our guests consisting of a large cabin with a queen-size bed, fan, TV and storage. Our second cabin, with double bed is also equipped with fan and storage. In the center of the hull, is the toilet and bathroom reserved only for our guests. - The living space will seduce you with its comfort and its volumes. It consists of an indoor and outdoor lounge as well as the navigation station. The outdoor lounge has a capacity of ten people. It is equipped with shade sail to eat in the best conditions and a fridge dedicated to our guests with drinks at discretion.

We welcomed this family for two days and it was an exception because the minimum stay is usually 3 days. We tried our best to make this short trip unforgettable and I'm so surprise you are complaining. What did you expect exactly ??? How could you want to sail more ? We already have been to 4 islands in 2 days and you are saying it was two much, but you are complaining about not sailing enough, it doesn't make sense ;-) About our privacy, I just would like to say that usually all kids eat together inside and adults together outside and we usually share more with our guests during dinners but your daughter didn't want to leave mom and dad so we had to stay with our kids do not let them alone. About home schooling time, I was always planning activities during this time like snorkeling or visiting new island, so I didn't know it was going to be a problem. So sorry if you didn't feel welcomed, it's the fisrt time we hear that. We just tried do not disturb your privacy. If we want our own privacy we wouldn't welcome any guests ;-)... I think it was misunderstanding.

Why can't I call Philippe (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to view all your booking details, pay the balance of your holiday or cancel it if you need to.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Philippe (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Philippe (the owner) a message.

If Philippe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
