Fully refurbished property designed for holidaying with family or friends but with one's own space.

Two televisions, one in the lounge and one in the kitchen/diner. Both have Netflix and lounge TV has blue ray.

Three large bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. (Two with baths and the third with large shower - all have their own w.c. and hand basin.) Both baths have a powerful shower over and bathroom 1 also has wicker chair.

The plumbing has been set up so all three showers can operate at once without any drop in pressure.

The bedrooms are spacious and have a tub chair in each;

Bed 1 - Super king size zip link bed. (twin or double)

Bed 2 - Super king size zip link bed. (twin or double)

Bed 3 - King size zip link bed. (twin or double) plus 2 full size single beds in alcove.

The kitchen/diner seats 8 and is very well equipped with a large cooker having gas hob and two fan assisted ovens plus grill, fridge, dishwasher, microwave. There is a comprehensive supply of all utensils, scales, food mixer etc. to facilitate the cooking full meals for 8 if one wishes to do so when on holiday!

The utility room has a drying area and is equipped with a single drainer sink, washing machine, dryer and freezer. There is a separate w.c. off the utility room.

There is a secure paved patio area to the rear of the property and an upper lawn to the side which are gated, with a large lawn to the front of the property.

The house keys are via a coded key box. The area is great for walking and touring with lots of houses, castles and gardens. It is on the whisky trail with a huge number of distilleries to visit. There is a comprehensive set of guides, maps and suggestions for visits, restaurants etc. contained within a large file.

Why can't I call Sheila (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sheila (the owner) a message.

If Sheila (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
