Outrigger is an eco style, architecturally designed house situated 200m from Boomerang Beach, direct rear access to Lizzie and Shelley Beaches, and backs onto lush Bootie Bootie National Park.

This gorgeous beach property offers open plan living stretching onto a large tropical entertaining deck, with separate bar area, perfect for those afternoon drinks and BBQ.

A second living area is offered, also accessing the deck.included is TV and a double sofa bed for your convenience.

Outrigger offers

Main bedroom is Queen, walk in wardrobe, private balcony with tropical outlook.

Second bedroom offers Queen.

Third bedroom offers double bed and two singles.

Second living area offers double sofa bed.

Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, caesarstone benchtops, dishwasher, and microwave.
