Sunnyside Lodge was built for our personal use and having really enjoyed spending our family vacations, we thought that it was best we share the joy of family with others! Hence, it is available for you to enjoy your family vacation!

Hidden away from noise and traffic and surrounded by a lush Tea plantation, fruit trees and a very natural habitat, the cool and calm natural environment at Sunnyside is only for those who would like the peace and solitude that would help a family to spend quality time together. Our objective is to help you discover how you can enjoy an effective, positive and rewarding vacation and really be together as a family at Sunnyside Lodge!.

At 'Our Nature Home on the Range', we have tried to provide you with a variety of tools to support your family vacation, including different physical activities to keep your body and mind interested. There are also many activities around the Lodge such as nature trails, water falls, tea plantations etc, where you can easily access by walking or riding (oh yes, we do have bicycles for you too!)

We appreciate your response, we regret very much on the pricing for the tour, this is not something we manage and we will take note of this immediately. As for the cockroach, we have immediately taken steps to fumigate the bungalow and we apologize for this. We have also appealed to the government authorities over and over again about the rubbish dump, that is actually affecting the entire city.

Why can't I call Anjelo (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anjelo (the owner) a message.

If Anjelo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
