lakespar comprises of total of 3 propertys which can be booked as one and sleeps upto 30 guests Open plan living tv lounge and dining room net flicks down stairs toilet and single bed room follow open plan kitchen fridge freezer with ice water .

Hello Im keith mayer and born in Cheshire lived there for 12 years farming family of 7 then moved to Shropshire in 1974 to a farm and since leaving school we farmed and went into contacting farming and then construction I have been doing that till 5 years ago when my wife and I decided to convert the farm building into holiday lets we have 4 property's which we converted to great standard and 2 years ago my wife Wendy now runs the barns on a day to day basis and still finds time to do a few days work away between the two of us we love meeting new and old friends who have stayed here it's great for couples and family's we live close to so we are hands on if needed but don't like to intrude so show you where we are and leave you to enjoy

Thank you unfortunately we do like honest reviews but this wasn’t? Nor constructive we had near on 900 persons here over the last 18 months So to get couple of this type of reviews not so bad? We can win them all Shame you didn’t mention theses things when you found them as we cannot find anything you mentioned wrong?had you said we would of sorted anything as you didn’t say anything I’m little surprised by this review As you didn’t say anything was wrong I find this vindictive. after All this was checked everything and couldn’t find anything wrong with the cooker or the dish washer or couldn’t find any rusty pans or woke that really unfair. unfortunately had we known that you didn’t want look after your dogs and left them barking all day and night Was not fair the others who were staying here we wouldn’t of allowed them can nevertheless please everyone Thanks you

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Keith (the owner) a message.

If Keith (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
