This adults only creekside cottage is conveniently close to many area attractions like: antique shopping (downtown Ellijay 6.4 miles), hiking (Ft. Mountain State Park 9.2 miles), and wine tasting (Cartacay Vineyards 17 miles).

Valley Creekside Cottage sits on 8 acres of open land facing a creek that is surrounded by mountains. Absolutely perfect for two adults wanting to escape, relax and/or reconnect with or w/o your four legged children. It has all the comforts to make you feel right at home including an elegant and comfortable master bedroom with a king size bed. A custom made barn door that separates the master bedroom from the spacious living room. A double sided gas fireplace to keep you warm and toasty during those cold winter nights. A creekside deck and screened in porch ideal for BBQ's, cocktails, or napping. With an open floor plan that includes dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, laundry room and a sun room facing the valley.

It has easy access to the creek. Great for tubing or just sitting inside to cool off during a hot summer day. Less than one mile of flat gravel road (no steep hills or mountains) to reach this one story property. There is a free little library for all residents/guests to enjoy. My goal from the beginning was having a place for couples like yourselves to be able to bring their 4 legged children to relax, rejuvenate and reconnect with nature.     Got to stay a little longer this time but it’s never long enough. Such a comfortable cozy cottage. Our dog loved cooking off in the creek as did we! Beauty all around at this gem in the Valley!

    How do damage deposits work?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Terri (Theresa) (the owner) a message.

    If Terri (Theresa) (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
