A beautifully appointed 2 bedroom duplex penthouse apartment, situated in Los Lagos de Santa Maria Golf, set in the beautiful surroundings of Elviria, in the heart of this prestigious Golf area. The complex offers grassy communal areas and 4 swimming pools with the larger of the pools offering sun loungers.

The stylish and spacious accommodation consists of a large lounge/diner furnished with leather sofa, dining table and seating for 6, vented AC and heating throughout the lower floor and a large flat screen TV. From the lounge you have access to the south-west facing terrace equipped with dining facilities for 6 as well as seating area to soak up the sun whilst enjoying the uninterrupted views over the golf course and down towards the Mediterranean sea. The kitchen is spacious, fully fitted, with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The kitchen also has direct access onto the shaded part of the terrace and the main terrace area.

One of the bedrooms is situated on the ground floor and is furnished with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and benefits from its own terrace offering views over one of the swimming pools, there are 2 x sun loungers. This bedroom has a full bathroom equipped with bath with shower attachment and double sinks. The second bedroom is located on the upper floor and is furnished with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and enjoys access to its own roof terrace. This bedroom benefits from its own en suite bathroom. There is also an additional roof terrace.
