You enter the apartment with the kitchenette to your right which is furnished with a work surface and cupboards, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The kitchenette area leads into a spacious and bright lounge and dining area which has a large sofa bed, coffee table, TV, Jacobsen Radio and dining table and chairs. There is a small, covered terrace with a dining table and chairs which overlooks the complex gardens and has spectacular views of the sea.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, chairs, two small tables and built in wardrobes. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower unit, storage unit and a washing machine.
The property has air conditioning and heating in the lounge and bedroom and WI-FI. The complex has manicured gardens, a children´s play area, a shared outdoor pool, a restaurant on site with a terrace next to the pool area and more restaurants and a supermarket within just a few minutes walk.
Marbesa is located between Cabopino and Elviria in Las Chapas. Cabopino is one of the best kept secrets on the Coast with its beautiful port, lovely sandy beaches, sand dunes and pine forests. It boasts one of the finest examples of Moorish watchtowers on the coast once a roman lighthouse, a place of much history dating back over 2000 years. Better equipped now for sun worshipers, the beaches here are lovely and are sheltered from the elements by two artificial reefs with parts of the beach being very shallow, ideal for young children.
From the 18-hole golf course to its beautiful 169 berth marina and perfect sandy beach, Cabopino is a real gem of a place. A laid back and tranquil area, it has great restaurants overlooking the yachts in the port, plus fun bars.
Elviria is an excellent location for an “away from it all” holiday and a firm favourite with many holidaymakers. It is close enough to fashionable bars and restaurants to dip into some partying and nightlife or just sit back and enjoy some people watching. The famous Marbella Nikki Beach is in fact located in beachside Elviria, next to the 5-Star hotel Don Carlos, both of which offer a “Marbella” experience with fine dining, bars and a luxury holiday ambience.
