Elysia Park is a great location - just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main town of Paphos but close enough to experience everything it has to offer, all within easy walking distance.

We are very proud of our consistent 5* reviews provided independently by our guests for over 5 years!! Awarded our Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence 2018,19,20 and 21. Everything is here for you to have fantastic holiday.

This is our holiday ‘home from home’ and we want you to feel the same way.

Our property is very spacious and furnished to a high standard. There's lots of space both inside and outside the property, you will have a choice of a relaxing evening on the sofa with a glass of wine or al fresco dining with your family and friends overlooking the pool. With two bathrooms, both with full size shower cabinets and power showers, the apartment is ideal for couples and families alike.

We have paid the management fee to allow ur guests access to the indoor pool, gym and spa at no additional cost. All you need to pay is a refundable 5 euros to get your access pass.

Our large lock-up gives you extra storage and is full of pool toys, scooters, balls, water guns, boogie-boards - all you have to do is enjoy yourselves.

We ask our guests to pay a £100 security fee to release the keys, and a £45 cleaning fee. The security fee is returned to you when the apartment is cleaned, checked and the keys returned to us.

Paphos is a great central location to allow you to see the many sites that Cyprus has to offer, With UNESCO World Heritage sites, local history, traditional villages, wine trails - even skiing in the Troodos Mountains in winter. Cyprus has something for everyone. If you are looking to relax and recharge the batteries, have breakfast alfresco on the balcony and spend lazy day in the sun by the Elysia Park pools.

Air con is fitted throughout the apartment and we also provide Wi-Fi access (10mb). Wi-Fi, electric and water costs are all included in the rental rates quoted. We also provide Internet TV giving you access to all UK terrestrial channels, catch up TV and films. There is also a DVD player and Hi-Fi with i-pod docking in the lounge and a selection of DVD's and CD's. There's also a Bluetooth sound bar for the TV and for you to enjoy your music from your tablets and phones.

The apartment is family and 'toddler friendly'. There's a travel cot with linen in the apartment together with a booster seat / high chair, Baby Potty, Trainer toilet seat, baby bath, baby monitor, crockery and cutlery, changing mat, bottle steriliser, and a night light. We also have a selection of toys, books, jigsaws and games for littles ones too.

All doors and windows have been fitted with additional security locks for peace of mind when travelling with young children. We also have 2 car booster seats available.

We can sleep 4 plus a toddler in a travel cot in total - a double bed and two single beds (sleeping 4). And in addition we can accommodate a cot for a toddler.

For your safety and security, there is also a safe, a smoke alarm and a fire blanket in the apartment.

Elysia Park is beautifully maintained, with fantastic landscaped gardens. Rosemary, mint, thyme and basil borders if you want some fresh herbs for cooking! The complex has 2 large split level lagoon pools, kid's splash pools and kids play area, bikes for hire, table tennis tables, table football and various kids clubs / aqua aerobics / Zumba classes available in season. There also a shuttle bus (fees apply) which are all complemented with ample luxury sun loungers for everyone. With spa facilities, our gym and a gorgeous indoor pool Elysia Park offers the perfect way to relax even in the Cyprus winter. We’ve also got our restaurant the Elysia Arabica, a mini-mart, chemists and ATM all on site - the ultimate in convenience.

You can book day trips and excursions throughout the Island at the Concierge office and you’ll be picked up and dropped off at Elysia Park. Or you may want to hire a car or even a bike! With two local bus routes stopping at Elysia Park, for 1 Euro single or a 3 Euro day pass or 20 Euro week pass, you can visit anywhere in the Paphos area - visit the beaches of Coral Bay, or explore further afield, as far as Polis and Latchi! The routes go via the Harbour and Old Town areas where you can catch your connection.

The picturesque Troodos Mountains are within easy reach of Paphos offering wine trails, walking and cycling in summer, and skiing and snowboarding in winter, all complimented with local friendly Taverna's. If you are interested in a winter break with skiing or snowboarding visit skicyprus.

Elysia Park is an all year round location, and is ideal for couples, families, teenagers and toddlers alike.

The separate fully fitted kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, crockery and even a wine brick. You'll have enough pots and pans, salad spinners, panini press and a toastie-makers etc. to fully self cater if you want to. The cool-box & cool-box ice blocks, lets you take refreshments with you on your day trips away or just down to the pool. In addition to the standard water supply, there is also filtered water on tap.There are various board games and card games for children and adults within the apartment and a collection of books, CD's and DVD's for your use. The flat screen TV is linked up to Internet TV channels. There is a Bluetooth soundbar for both the TV or connecting your tablets or phones to listen to music. The hi-fi unit in the lounge not only plays radio and CD's but has an integral docking station for iPod and MP3 players. We have installed private secured broadband and WI-FI, provided at no additional cost to you. We'll provide details of our WI-FI key and network name to you On arrival. Full sets of laundered linen are provided for each bed for use during your stay, and fluffy bathroom towels for each bathroom and beach towels. Both bathrooms are equipped with electrical socket for shavers and both have power showers. Both bedrooms have ample drawer and wardrobe space, timed air-con units, radio alarms and hair dryers. Mattress and pillow protectors for your comfort and hygiene for all our guests.Toddler booster seat / high chair, changing mat, travel cot (with linen), bottle steriliser, baby bath, potty, toilet training seat, baby monitor, night light and kiddie crockery are all available for use at the apartment and two car booster seats for 4-10 year olds. The apartment is family and toddler friendly.

There is a ground floor secured lock-up for luggage etc. In here you will find various pool toys including floating lilo’s, kids inflatables, rings, arm bands, masks, snorkels, pvc boogie boards, noodles etc. Please use whatever is there and check before you buy anything as there may already be one ready to play with. There’s also beach toys, buckets, spades, bats, balls etc. Plenty of fun for adults and children alike. There’s one beach towels per person in the apartment for your use also. There’s a cool box in the lock up too. Everything can be taken to local beaches or on day trips.If you are travelling with older children, there are two car booster seats in the lock-up which we are happy for you to use.Elysia has landscaped communal gardens, with lots of local herbs available. There is a children's play area on site with swings, climbing frames and slides, table tennis tables (bats and balls from the concierge) table football, kids clubs, zumba, aqua aerobics etc in season, check in the block foyer for what is scheduled for your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tom and Anne (the owner) a message.

If Tom and Anne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
