Beautiful Villa our Paradise away from home, 3 Double Bedroomed Fully detached Villa each bedroom has a balcony, back of the house has partial sea views and the front of the house has uninterrupted mountain views, stunning in the evening enjoyed with a glass of wine amazing views of the mountain villages of Peyia, Kathikas and Tala all lit up.
Villa is ideally situated only 20 minutes from Paphos International Airport. Positioned in a quiet residential location which borders agricultural land. Also conveniently located within 15 to 20 minutes of Paphos Harbour and the night life of Coral Bay. It is ideal for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, yet only a few minutes' drive to the lively tourist areas, a car or other transport is essential due to the village not being serviced by a public transport link.
The villa has 2 double and 1 twin bedroom, the master bedroom has an en-suite– a family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. Hair-dryers, bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. All Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes etc.
The ground floor is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen including a microwave, Filter coffee machine and a washing machine.
The living area has dining facilities for 8 + a high chair, 2 large comfortable sofas, TV with satellite viewing, DVD, a portable Radio and Internet Access (Wi Fi)
The villa is fully air-conditioned; these units can also be used as heating as well during the cooler winter months.
The Garden stretches around the house and enjoys the sunshine all day, The Garden is very private with tall bushes and flowers which create a simply stunning display most of the year ,The private pool is serviced and maintained privately twice a week to ensure it stays in pristine condition, the garden is also maintained by a Garden maintenance company once a week ensuring all is kept beautiful and clean and watered, Arrive at the right time of the year (November or December) and you can pick fresh fruit from the trees at the back of the house, lemons, Mandarins and other citrus fruits
There are many flowering shrubs which surround the terrace which has sun beds and a stainless steel BBQ, why not relax or dine under the large wooden and traditionally red tiled roof Pergola whilst keeping an eye on the Children.
Or you can enjoy both the garden and pool in the evening both are fully lit for either a fun dip or for a romantic evening.
There is Private Parking at the side of the house, enough for two cars; this is serviced by a private driveway.

There are a few local shops and Restaurants within 10 minutes walk if you do not wish to drive

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dallas (the owner) a message.

If Dallas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
