Situated on a fifth row elevated lot offering peeks of the Atlantic Ocean and warm breezes. Spacious downstairs apartment with TV is the perfect location to watch a movie or read. Covered and open decks with porch furniture including rockers, glider and swing. Charcoal grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, one-car garage. Easy access to beach (450 Fitbit steps). Parking pass for private oceanfront parking provided. Short walk to pier, shops, ice cream, restaurants and town of Emerald Isle recreation facility with fitness center, tennis courts and playground. Weekly only May through September, monthly October through April. No smoking. No pets. 107 Live Oak Street.
