From each living room, there is access to the gated spacious, furnished deck that has steps down to a fenced-in, landscaped backyard (perfect for dogs!). This home offers a gas grill, as well.
Ground Level: 2 hot/cold enclosed outdoor showers, and access to the lower covered deck with picnic table. Fenced yard, perfect for the kids & your Pooch!
Level One: Either main entrance (east or west) will lead you into a fully stocked kitchen area all the essentials, including but not limited to coffee pot (#4 cone filter), blender, and toaster. Both living rooms have 43” Toshiba Firestick TVs. West side living room offers a Bluetooth audio speaker. YouTubeTV is provided on all TV’s throughout the home (replacement to standard cable).
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and Toshiba Firestick TV with YouTubeTV.
Bedroom #2 has a double bed and a twin bed and Toshiba Firestick TV with YouTubeTV.
Bedroom 1 and 2 share a full bathroom that has a tub/shower.
