Q * Q * Q * Q * 2B, 2D * QSS. This 4 bedroom (+ 1 bonus room), 3 bath, ocean front glass-front cottage is elegant modern, but casual style. The kitchen has large butcher block island and is fully stocked with all staple appliances, including a keurig. There are 3 TV's throughout the property- some are Smart. Washer and Dryer off main level kitchen. Other features include WiFi, Satellite Radio, Cathedral Ceilings, Large covered/open furnished deck overlooking the beach, Gas Grill, and (2) hot/cold, enclosed outdoor showers. Main Level (Top) has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bottom Level (Entry) has a bonus room with (2) bunk beds, (2) double beds, and a foosball table. Linens provided with beds made for weekly rentals. Pets allowed with $175.00 non-refundable fee. Rents Saturday to Saturday. No Smoking!
