Oceanfront, single family, four bedroom, nicely decorated cottage. Three decks (two oceanfront).

UPPER LEVEL

Features three bedroom, each with outstanding ocean views and ceiling fans. K R*Q 2S. Living room with 55 inch HDTV, WIFI, Apple TV, and Blu-ray DVD. Dining area seats six. Very large master with King, cable TV, attached covered deck, and ceramic tile floor bath suite with laundry chute. All hard wood floors. Fully equipped spacious kitchen with quartz countertops, dining table which expands as needed, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, pull down ironing board and iron, card/puzzle table. Central air and heat.

LOWER LEVEL

Lower level (separate exterior entrance only) porcelain tile floor, washer/dryer, second refrigerator and microwave. Large sitting area with table and four chairs, 50” flat screen smart TV and Queen sleeper sofa. One bedroom with Queen and flat screen smart TV, full bath, central air and heat. Outside shower (cold only), gas grill. Linens provided with weekly rentals. Rents Saturday to Saturday! No Pets!
