The main level features leather sofas and an entertainment home theater system with a 46” HDTV, expanded cable, Roku, HBO, Netflix, movie channels and Blu-ray. The dining area has seating for eight at the dining table and seating for four at the bar. A bedroom on this level has a queen bed and a 23” HDTV. The master suite, located on the top level, opens onto a private oceanfront deck. The suite features a king bed, a 40" HDTV with cable, Roku and a DVD player with stereo system. The spacious master bath has a jacuzzi overlooking the ocean and a separate shower. This level includes two additional rooms with ocean views, one with two twin beds and one with a queen bed. These rooms have TVs. The first level has a bedroom with a private entrance to a large covered patio and an expanded oceanfront deck opening onto the dunes. The bedroom has a queen bed and a 40" HDTV with cable and Roku. Also on this level is a play area with books, games and desk. Special touches include gigantic custom windows giving the main living area a panoramic ocean view. The modern kitchen has quartz countertops, undermount sink, recessed lighting and counter-depth refrigerator. Window treatments (either solar or cellular shades) are designed to maximize ocean views. The two lower levels are tiled and the top level has oak hardwood flooring. Crown molding runs throughout the house. Amenities include mesh WiFi on all three levels, dual zone air conditioning, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, water softener, grill and an enclosed hot/cold outside shower. There are four open or covered decks and a patio with an assortment of lounges, tables and chairs providing both sun and shade for family gatherings. Parking is available in the large driveway. The house is ideally located with views of our famous Bogue Inlet Pier and easy access to restaurants, beach activities (golf, kayaking, biking, walking trails) and shops and grocery stores.
