Dishwasher, washer/dryer, garbage disposal, 5 flat screen cable TVs (52” in living area), 4 Blu-ray players (2 are Wi-Fi enabled), free long distance, wireless high speed Internet access, ceiling fans. Mini refrigerator in upstairs loft area. Covered side deck and large oceanfront deck with picnic table, rocking chairs and walkway to the beach. Thank you for your review of your stay at Fairhaven Cottage. I agree, the proximity of this home to the beach is excellent and I'm happy to know that you enjoyed this convenience. As for the grill, this property doesn't provide a grill so I would suspect the one which you found was left behind by another family who vacationed at this home. We'll certainly keep an eye on the refrigerator, but I have checked our maintenance records back to 2009 and I don't show any reports of an issue with it. Thank you again for your feedback.
