Buildings 2 and 4 are back oceanfront “peg” lots. Buildings 6, 7 and 8 are second row. No pets.

No Sound barrier to keep from hearing the people upstairs. Children running 24 hours a day. NO FUN!!

My husband and I loved our stay at this location! The location is super close to the beach as well as the area pool. Its a great place to take a small family!

The property was below average in terms of maintenance, supply of kitchen utencils, etc. The plumbing was awful, too old, broke a lot.

Thank you for your review of your stay at Pier Pointe 4 A 1. I have checked our maintenance records which indicate that one of the toilets was clogged. This was repaired during yoru stay and thankfully, I don't have any indication that there has been further issue or concern with it.
