Perfect Oceanfront Home: 6 BR, 5 1/4 Baths; 2 K Ensuites; 3 Q; 2T; 1BB with Trundle. Premier Linen Service w beds made. Handicap friendly. The reverse floor plan is a vacationer's delight and features a huge, well-furnished screen porch overlooking the ocean from the top floor.

This 6 bedroom home sleeps 15 and was designed to meet the needs of our growing 4-generation family, and yours.

Enter the home from the carport and the handicap-accessible elevator can take you to all floors. As you arrive on the top floor, experience a huge living space that provides breath-taking views of the ocean. Not only are there 2 living areas on this floor but the kitchen/dining area sits in between. The South side of this space opens through sliding glass doors to the huge 12'x40' screen porch overlooking the private walkway to your beach. The screen porch has a comfy glider, a round dining table, 6 chairs, a hi-top table & chairs, and rockers. You will appreciate the screen porch as very few ocean front homes here have this space (bring binoculars to spot the dolphins). Whether it is sunny or rainy out - you are covered. This porch even opens to an open deck where you can bask in the full sun or prepare dinner on the gas grill. Or you can take the exterior steps right down to the lower deck and out to the beach from this back-key lot home.

Both of the living areas have their own large HDTVs with premium Time-Warner cable. The South area has 2 couches and an electric fireplace with remote. In one corner, a separate desk offers space for your computer and access to the high-speed, wireless internet connection and use of the scanner/copier/printer/fax machine,

The other living area has a wrap-around couch for viewing the 65" 4K SMART SONY HDTV. Enjoy the beautiful, granite wetbar with bar sink, a Perlick wine/beverage cooler, a microwave and a dishwasher drawer. The cabinets are filled with fun, varied glasses. Around the corner from the wetbar is a pantry with a commercial-grade ice maker w/filtered water.

The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances; side-by-side refrigerator w/filtered water/ ice maker, 5-burner stove, large oven, dishwasher, microwave and a large pantry. Dining is flexible with 2 tables that can be combined to make a 6+4 group or pulled apart for those card games and puzzles. Another 4 chairs sit at the bar. And don't forget you can always eat on the screen porch.

This floor has two bedrooms. One Q bedroom with attached bath, overlooks the ocean and accesses an open deck. The second bedroom is a spacious, K pillow-top bed ensuite. The double-vanity bathroom was designed using handicap rules with wheel-chair specs and expands to an open doorway , all-tile shower including a rain-head and hand-held wand.

The middle floor has 4 bedrooms. This 2nd master bedroom has a K pillow-top bed, recliner, dual sinks and a private bath. A large Tiger River Spa in a locked, screened gazebo-style room w/wooden benches is accessible from the private master bedroom or can be entered from the deck. The screens keep the bugs at bay and add privacy to your spa experience.

See Bedrooms and look at our pictures to see the other bedrooms on this floor. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, ceiling fans and plenty of closet space. A separate laundry room has an HE front-loading washer and dryer.

The ground floor provides flat doorway access to the elevator from the carport. The game room has hi-top table/chairs, a foosball table, a 44" cable TV and Xbox 360/games. Right outside the beach-front door are 2 his/her enclosed h/c showers with hooks and a clothesline making it convenient to shower when coming in from the beach.

The private boardwalk accesses all 3 levels of the house. It has a shower and a dune bench. Additional amenities include 4 heating/cooling zones, tankless hot water system, water softener, board games. A locked storage closet contains beach chairs, sand toys - even 4 bicycles! Plenty of parking - use the carport or the gravel parking area will hold several more vehicles.

We have many loyal guests who return yearly to Hart & Sole. We take pride in providing extra things to make our guests feel special; like cleaning products, laundry baskets, panini grill, and more. Proudly well-maintained. Family-owned (it is our only rental). One well-behaved, quiet dog is welcome.

Our home is located off Coast Guard Road in Emerald Isle making it easy to get on/off the island. Lots of room to play games like volleyball or bocci ball and set up tents. We enjoy walking and biking to stores, restaurants, and entertainment; such as go-carts, a small waterpark and miniature golf. The bike paths take you all the way through the town of Emerald Isle, even up to the Recreation Hall which has exercises classes, tennis courts and a play area. (No linens on monthly bookings)

How do damage deposits work?

If Marcia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
