Situated in the centre of Ennis town, overlooking an expansive green area, Park Avenue would make an ideal base for touring Co.Clare and surrounding counties.

This 4 bedroom property with 3 en-suites and a family bathroom, comfortably sleeps 8. It has a large living dining room area, a fully fitted kitchen/diner, utility and downstairs toilet. The kitchen includes a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob. The separate utility has a washing machine and dryer.

The twin downstairs bedroom is en-suite. Upstairs there are 2 further en-suite bedrooms and a double bedroom situated next to the family bathroom.

There is oil fired central heating and an oil fired stove in the living area. There is a multi channel TV.

Sliding doors lead to an enclosed paved courtyard. There is off street parking for one vehicle and free on street parking outside in this quiet estate

The house is situated 2 minutes walk from Dunnes Stores supermarket and 5 minutes walk from Tesco and Aldi supermarkets. Ennis town centre with its charming narrow winding streets, lively bars and excellent restaurants is a 5 minute stroll away.

Park Avenue is 25 minutes drive from Shannon International Airport. The stop for the Dublin Coach service serving Bunratty, Limerick, Kildare Village outlet mall, Dublin City Centre and Dublin International Airport is a 3 minute walk. The bus/train station serving most major routes is a 10 minute walk.

Ennis is an ideal location for touring Co.Clare and surrounds. The Cliffs of Moher visitor experience, Ailwee Caves, the Burren, Lahinch beach, Spanish Point, Lisdoonvarna, Lough Derg and the Loop Head Peninsula are all within 40 minutes to an hours drive. There are 8 excellent golf courses within a short drive.

The property is strictly non smoking and no pets are allowed.

Stag and Hen parties are not accomodated

Lovely house in a great location

It is a lovely big house in a great location only 5 mins walk to the shops and town. Definitely would stay there again when coming back to Ennis.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tom (the owner) a message.

If Tom (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
