The Beach House which has Four Star Self Catering classification, is a beautiful, well-appointed, three bedroomed house located at the entrance to the beach and overlooking the dunes in Enniscrone, County Sligo.

Its location is the ideal setting for people who wish to enjoy the long beach for walks, swimming, surfing, fishing, or the Championship Golf Course or perhaps explore Sligo or tour Mayo.

There is ample car parking for guests.

On entering the property, guests are met with a large, bright, airy hallway which adds to the very positive first impression. Bedrooms are at one side of the house, and the living quarters at the other; this works well for guests who may wish to have a nap and not be disturbed by guests in the kitchen or lounge area.

The living area is open plan with kitchen/dining/lounge/sun alcove and is bright and spacious.

The attic/gallery space upstairs is a real bonus for children who can play indoors, if the weather is bad.

There is under floor heating and solid wood floors. The dining area has a circular dining table with seating for six.

The kitchen is well equipped with high quality crockery, cutlery and glassware and there is sufficient amount for twice the sleeping capacity of the house. The utility room is off the kitchen.

The house is well equipped with modern appliances supplied.

The large bay window takes advantage of all the sunlight and is like a sun lounge furnished with Lloyd Loom furniture.

The three bedrooms on the ground floor, a main double bedroom, a twin room and a single, are bright and airy. Bathroom is brightly decorated, has a Mira power shower and the en-suite off main bedroom has Mira electric shower. All rooms have plenty of storage.

Upstairs is a large open gallery area that has additional 3 single beds, a reading area with Sofa, reading lamp and low table. Also a children's low table and stools. Children love this area for indoor play and it accommodates extra guests if necessary.

Outside the back garden is enclosed and has a large patio area with table and seating. There is an outside hand shower for rinsing off sand from the beach or after a swim. A small store houses the patio furniture and some buckets and spades for the beach.

Front garden is also private and the house faces on to the short road leading down to the beach

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Marita (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
