We provide fully furnished, high-end, affordable holiday accommodation.

Sunnyside-Cottage & Coach-house was originally built during the Great Famine 1845 to 1848. The Coach-house and Cottage have been extensively refurbished to a high standard retaining it's old charm.

Set in mature Woodlands and Gardens.

Awake in the morning to the beautiful Dawn Chorus of the Birds and Wildlife as a new day dawns

A wonderful converted Coach-House, which overlooks the surrounding mature woodlands and river,

On the same site as the owner's home, on the outskirts of Ennistymon in County Clare.

Comfortably furnished throughout,

this property makes an excellent base for friends and family to come and explore County Clare. Set over two floors,

you enter the Coach-House through front door where you will find a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area,

perfect for keeping everyone together, and with enough space for everyone at the table, you can gather to discuss the day’s experiences.

Off to the left you will find a cosy sitting room with a woodburning stove, excellent for warming your toes after a day of sightseeing County Clare.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with 1 x Double and 1 x Single bed, second bedroom has 2 single beds. Bathroom with Power Shower.

A superb spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings or dine alfresco. Just a short walk down the road is Ennistymon where you will find an array

of shops, restaurants and pubs with good local Irish music being played, as well as being able to enjoy the superb scenery. If you wish to venture a

little further afield there is plenty to do, inc visiting the Cliffs of Moher...

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Phyllis (the owner) a message.

If Phyllis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
