From the owner

Casa Marbella is a Safe & Comfortable, Family Friendly home on a 5 mile long semi-private beach in Punta Banda. The house is fully furnished with a king sizde bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. There is also a full size futon in the living room. The loft has one bedroom with a queen bed and another with two twin beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can possibly need from a full range and oven to microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. It has complete set of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils.

We charge a base fee of $199 for up to six people, then charge $20 for each additional person per night. This way you only pay for what you use and don't have to pay for the entire house unless you have more people.

For the initial 6 people you get the main house with two bedrooms and one bath. If your party is more that 6 then you get to use the loft as well as the main house. For an additional $40 you get the use of one additional bedroom and for an additional $80 you get the use of both bedrooms in the loft.
