Mountain top Hacienda, located in the Bellavista neighborhood, is not just a great getaway but a brilliant expression of tasteful architecture and decor high above Ensenada. Every detail of this traditional home is custom made with extraordinary materials and craftsmanship.

The residence seamlessly blends timeless architectural styles and is decorated with modern furnishings and elegant artwork. This multi-level haven encompasses approx 3,500 square feet and features four bedrooms, three full and two half baths, media/recreation, gym, office and optional guest/caretaker wing. Located just 5 minute walk from downtown (going down!) and bordered by open space that provides privacy yet has open views of the city and bay below as well.

It is genuinely a retreat where you can fully disconnect from the outside world and have a fabulous family reunion in the heart Ensenada; you'll be 30 minutes from Mexico's wine country in Valle de Guadalupe, where throughout the year, the region hosts retreats, workshops, culinary events, conventions and open-air concerts featuring major national artists in local wineries.

Built to enjoy all year-round, the residence features beautiful landscaping, porches, patios and terraces that are perfect for entertaining. We provide secure off-street parking, flatscreen TV, fireplace and wireless internet access; a gourmet kitchen and everything neatly placed in magnificent custom cabinets; an inviting dining/living area is full of elegance and style. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
