Lavanda e pietra is a loving holiday villa that combines elegance with everything you need for an incredible sun, sea and calm break. It operates under Law 4446/2016/article 111 with registration numbers 239139/239161.

Accommodation is split between two independent luxury villa apartments (accommodation for 5-6 guests per apartment) enjoying access to fully equipped kitchens making it suitable for couples and families alike. Prices are for both villas, please contact us for one villa price. In ground floor are found the above bedrooms 1 and 2, one sofa small double bed and one more sofa single bed. In first floor are found the above bedrooms 3 and 4, plus one more sofa bed.

With the exception of the first floor, the rest of the property, the grounds and the swimming pool are wheelchair accessible.

We would like our guests to enjoy sole access to the grounds and swimming pool and therefore if your party is more than 6 people we recommend use of both apartments.

Total peace and quiet, private and secluded, this magnificent stone made home is also well situated for a myriad of small beaches, seaside taverns and villages. Glorious Nafplio is just a twenty minute drive away, with access to its boutique shops, yacht marina and excellent nightlife. Ancient Mycenae and Tyrins are just a 5-10 mins away.

Closer by, the traditional port of Ancient Epidavros is less than 10 minutes away, giving you access to tavernas, cafes, convenience stores, bus station, medical centre, night clubs, ATMs, marina and many beaches.

There is something for everyone in this part of the world which is famous for its unique ancient theatre, performing Greek ancient tragedy plays, its ancient healing temple of Asclepeion, the stadium and many more antiquities.

You can also enjoy island hopping to the famous Poros, Ydra and Spetses islands from the nearby port of Ermionida or Tolo.

Here at Lavanda e Pietra, we have been adopting strict occupancy levels for your own comfort and relaxation. This means that our villas and common areas are being used sparingly throughout the year by one family/couple at a time with exclusive swiming pool use. Οur villas have been lovingly maintained and deep cleaned throughout the winter months and are in a perfect condition. Furthermore, air conditioning is obtained by ceiling fans and an under the floor cool water circulation system without air ducts.
