Located in the countryside , in the center of Crete you will find our two villas , Aris Palace and Stratos Palace.

Our villas are ideal for large groups or big families. who want to have their holidays in the mainland. Aris Palace and Stratos palace can host up to 19 guests and the distance from the one villa to the other is 300m. ( 3 minutes on foot , 1 mnute by car )

Aris Palace

™Aris Palace is surrounded by fields and olive groves with views out over the countryside. This villa is 300 m² indoors and the whole space is about 1000 m² with private pool, garden, private parking and a build in barbecue.

Located in a quiet area, outside Elia village, on a hillside and situated inland , it is the perfect choice for families and groups wanting to get away from it all living at the same time a luxury experience.

Aris Palace is located in the center of Crete so if you and your family want to explore the island , the location of the villa is ideal for such an adventure.

Our villa is fully secured with big walls all around the house and a main gate entrance. There is also an alarm system installed in the building and with each booking, guests will receive a unique personal code of their choice. This code will be deleted upon each check out

4 Bedrooms

The master bedroom is at the top floor equipped with a queen double bed, big closets and a desk ideal for your laptop. It has a big terrace and the view is fantastic. It has also its private bathroom that its equipped with toilet, sink and bathtub

The second and third bedrooms are both equipped with two single beds and they are located in the top floor. With big closets and amazing view in the pool and the mountain. They share a fully equipped bathroom that has a bathtub, toilet and sink

The fourth bedroom is located in the ground floor. It has two single beds and its our biggest bedroom that you could call it a studio instead of a bedroom. It has a dinning table for 6 guests, its own bathroom with shower, sink and toilet , a small fridge, a small library and a 32" smart tv connected to the internet.

In the middle floor you will find the living room , with three sofa - beds and a 42" smart tv connected to the internet so you can stream your favorite videos on youtube. The tv is connected to a hifi in case you wish to enjoy music or to watch a movie . There is also the fully equipped kitchen of the villa and the dinning room for 12 people near the fireplace.

Outside the building you will find big terraces , a private swimming pool and spacious parking. In the back of the villa there is a build in BBQ

Stratos Palace

SStratos Palace is a spacious three floor 250m² villa in the countryside. With amazing mountain view, you can enjoy the relaxation of a modern house while being close to nature. Located near Elia village and Karteros Beach, you can luxuriate in the delight of the mountain view, swimming in Villa's private pool or swim in Karteros Beach that is nearby

There is the master dining room in the living room with en expandable table for 6 people. There is also a small dining table in the kitchen for 4 people

You will have 100% privacy!!! I will be visiting the villa only once per week,to clean rooms, the pool, change sheets, towels etc, . If you need cleaning more than once a week you will need to ask me and you will be charged extra! I am always online and more than happy to answer any of your questions. Check in and check out can be totally flexible as long as there is no back to back reservations. In that case , check in and check out is at 12:00 in the morning.

When you check out from the villa please triple check that you have taken all things that you need with you (including things in the fridge like medicine). The cleaning service comes after your departure to have the villa ready for the next guests and will empty the villa from all garbage.

How do damage deposits work?
