Villa Notia is a traditional stone house (from the end of 19 century) on two levels ,was impeccably and lovingly restored to the highest standards in 2007 using natural materials of stone and wood, and with full attention to the architectural style of a traditional residence of Northaegean islands.

It has 4 bedrooms,sleeps 7 people, and it is surrounded by shady terraces,outdoor dinning area with stone oven, large courtyard with trees and flower garden. Although traditional in style, with handcrafted furniture and fittings designed by the owners, it conforms to the demands of a modern residence with all necessary conforts including central heating for winer season, and DSL fast internet connection. Villa Notia is situated in the middle of the historical traditional area of Eresos village close to the Byzantine church of the Virgin Mary (circa.1100AD).The ambience of the area is peaceful and tranquil,while the fortress style of the house keep that secluded, ideal for families and couples.Villa is just a 5 minute walk from the central square of the village with its market, tavernas and traditional cafe under the old plane trees and 3 miles from the beautiful sandy beach and centre of Skala Eresou.

Why can't I call Aspasia (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Aspasia (the owner) a message.

If Aspasia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
