This beautiful 3 bedroom farmhouse, with FREE WIFI and a large separate Games Barn, is over 300 years old is set in a traditional French village , Campagne Les Boulonnais, in a rural region of northern France, under one hour away from Calais and Eurotunnel. It has original features throughout and has been tastefully renovated and decorated with all mod cons considered. In the amazing Games Barn there a full size billiard table, original 1950's table football and a bar and comfy seating area, a great area to relax in for the whole family. The property has a large well equipped handbuilt kitchen with seperate utility room, a large living room with leather sofas and french doors to the sheltered patio and garden and benefits from a downstairs wc and basin. Upstairs there is a separate family shower room and three bedrooms - two large double bedrooms (one with ensuite shower-room) and a twin bedroom - all rooms have exposed beams. Well located this property is situated in a small village close to Montreuil sur Mer and is set in the heart of the village with a communual petanque court opposite to enjoy and a nearby boulangerie and cafe. Offroad parking is provided in the flowered courtyard and the garden is enclosed and laid to lawn with views across the fields. Towels and bed linen are included in the price as is gas and water, although there is a charge for the electricity price, 8kw per day included in rental, and a basket of wood is provided for winter letting. Local Tourist is payable on arrival and works out on average about 30 euros per week (5euros per person]. French or UK Freeview TV is available or enjoy a DVD from the selection provided. Relax on the patio or play in the garden or enjoy a BBQ.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sarah (the owner) a message.

If Sarah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
