WELCOME TO CASA THERESE

We want this house to be a dream, no more – no less.

With four fully air-conditioned bedrooms (2 en-suite bathrooms), a large heated swimming pool and an unforgettable panorama over the atlantic ocean.

The property caters for up to 10-12 guests comfortably, offering approximately 300 m² of living area + terrasses within a large garden inside a gated estate. The exteriors are set with extensive furnished terraces, infinity heated swimming pool facing the sea and an impressive lawn area.

This villa has features and amenities with the ‘WOW’ factor.

There are plenty of things to do outside the property such as enjoy a meal outside, swim in the heated salt water pool or bathe in the sunshine on the terrace. Ericeira Hills is also equipped with all the modern technology you’d expect, including Wi-Fi, stereo system, satellite TV and Netflix etc.

The décor throughout is light and effortlessly stylish – perfectly complementing the vast ocean far below. The design of the property makes it feel airy and welcoming and the sheer scale of the villa will leave you speechless. The kitchen will banish any preconceptions of vacation properties and is equipped with an impressive array of cooking utensils and equipment.

There are four bedrooms; one (ensuite) on the ground level and 3 (one en suite) on the main level. The good news is they’re all blessed with beautiful view. Even better, they all have access to the terrace or balcony, so you can be admiring some of the most sought-after views on earth within seconds of waking each morning.

July is already fully booked, from august we have availability, we want you to feel secure about your bookings, therefore we only ask for 15% deposit to Tripadvisor to hold until 2 months before your arrival.

Why can't I call Aksel (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Aksel (the owner) a message.

If Aksel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
