Ermioni is classed as an island town.....unspoilt.....undiscovered......magical. If you want to experience a stay in a beautiful Greek village house, listening to birds, istening to the locals, or watch some of the craftsmen at work, then a stay at the LemonTree House in ERMIONI will be a memorable one. Local village life is so enjoyable.
The accommodation benefits from all the comforts of modern living and includes central heating, inverter air conditioning throughout, ample hot and cold water, shuttered windows with mosquito net blinds and double glazed windows. The fully equipped dining kitchen has 2 traditional Greek style settees which could be used to sleep a fifth or sixth person, fitted cupboards and tiled worktop, electric cooker, small fridge with icebox, kettle and coffee maker. Double doors lead to a small private courtyard filled with flowers and has a expanding washing line. There is also an iron and ironing board.
The two shower rooms have showers, WC and wash hand basins with large mirrors.
The two twin bedrooms have 2 single, very comfortable beds in each, free standing wardrobes, chest of drawers, bed side cabinets and air conditioning.
A spacious private entrance hall is equipped with books, music, table and chairs and games.

Smokers are welcomed, but will be requested to smoke outside in the courtyards.
All linen and towels are included in the rental rates and are changed regularly. Cleaning is completed only in the middle of a 2 week stay.
Continental quilts for the winter months and cooler bed linen for the summer months.

All furnishings are to the highest standard and incorporate all the traditional features, which include original stone floors, stone arch which spans the width of the main kitchen dining area, fireplace which is in one of the bedrooms, thick stone walls, charming private courtyards, the main one shared with the owners, and the other small one private for guests) and shuttered windows.
Bedroom one has 2 single beds, an en-suite shower room, a double wardrobe, bedside cabinet, a chest of drawers and air conditioning. The en-suite shower room comprises of a walk-in shower, WC and wash hand basin.
Bedroom two has 2 single beds, a double wardrobe, one bedside cabinet, a chest of drawers and air conditioning. The separate shower room adjoining this bedroom comprises of a walk-in shower, WC and wash hand basin.
The dining kitchen is fully equipped and consists of table with adequate chairs to seat 6, two traditional Greek style bed settees, either for relaxing or sleeping on, a small fridge with a small freezer and air conditioning. Double patio doors lead to a small charming private courtyard filled with flowers and small B-B-Q.
There is a small lobby between the dining kitchen and bedroom two, which has double patio doors leading to a larger shared private courtyard (with the owners) and Bobby the cat.
The large private entrance hall comprises of a welsh dresser, a corner cabinet, a small table and chairs, where guests can relax and read, or listen to music.
A childs cot is available if necessary.
No washing machine as yet, but owners will do personal laudry @ 5 euros per load.

Due to the narrow streets, there is no parking by the house. Plenty of parking spaces are available at the nearby church, the main harbour front, or Mandrakia harbour. All within a few minutes walk away. During high season, the old village is very busy with holiday makers and Atheninas.
Both courtyards are filled with flowers and adequate furniture to enjoy relaxing outside.
WIFI is available for those who need to bring laptops.
Yorgos the local butcher will give you friendly service in the old village.
The fruit and veg shop has a good supply of fruit and vegetables.
A well stocked mini-market will allow you to buy any fresh bread besides other produces.
A few minutes walk to the main harbour front will give you more amenities and tavernas, including 2 banks, a post office, 3 chemists, supermarkets, butchers, fruit and veg shops and not to forget the local Thursday market, which is filled with fresh local produces besides other goods.
The house makes a very good base from which to explore the surrounding areas, beaches, historical sites and islands.
