It is a country house located at the foot of the Goat-Montilla road. A quiet, relaxing and welcoming place, haven of peace and naturalness of the house and its environment, ideal to enjoy rural tourism. It is ideal for groups, families with children, couples and generally for all who wish to have a meeting to "disconnect" from the routine, to have the desired privacy, to live and enjoy sun accommodation, bathrooms and quiet for a few days. It is located in a centennial farm and young olive grove with two hectares. for which you can hike and enjoy continuous family rides. The house has 200 square meters of heated house, built on two floors and renovated in January 2010. The light invades inside. On the ground floor it consists of two large rooms of 50 square meters each, in one of them there kitchen-office and dining room. The other has living room with fireplace. On the first floor there are 4 spacious bedrooms with 6 single beds and 2 doubles, has a full bathroom. The house has a large entrance porch overlooking the pool and the olive grove, from which we can enjoy attractive sunsets. The pool 9X5 meters. Private parking is available in the same house. It Accommodates 10 people, two beds 150cm, 105cm four beds. plus two extra beds 90 cm. also it has a cot. The cottage is located in the Ermita de la Esperanza, a term of Cabra (Córdoba) and bordering Montilla. It is an ideal enclave located 10 km. from the Natural Park of Sierra Subbetica, rich in fauna and flora to great hiking trails, horseback riding and sports (mountain biking, paint ball ...). The Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park located near the farmhouse offers some of the most breathtaking views of the region, being able to observe these from "El Picacho", the highest peak in the area known as the balcony of Andalusia. The area has great tourist actractivos as the greenway or natural birth of Bailon river. The whole area of the Subbética enjoys a greenway that extends along 56km from Cordoba to Jaen, following the route of the oil train, passing through towns such as Cabra, Zuheros, Luque and Doña Mencia. A route can be done by bike or hiking. It has a great gastronomic wealth fomented by orchards in the area of Cabra and the vines and olive trees typical of the region that is famous, as is the area Montilla-Moriles, for its wines and oils. Located halfway house Rural Rural Pio Pio is the city of Montillla. This brings an interesting architectural collection that blends with its wine tradition. The wineries are among the largest tourist interest in the area, where visitors can learn about the aging of wine and its production. The development of oils also deserves special mention being part of the fabric of the city mills and cooperatives. The route allows us to know wineries making wines of this land, through five of these landmarks and vineyards. The house is located in the geographical center of Andalusia with convenient communication via motorway to access large cities and country roads to visit other attractions.
