Nuestra casa LLevant está ubicada dentro de la finca privada Can Toni Blay (recinto cerrado con código de acceso exclusivo para clientes), junto con las casas Migjorn y Tramontana, en el km 10.3 de Formentera.

A 800 metros de la finca encontramos la Playa de Migjorn, donde podemos acceder andando o en coche sin necesidad de salir a la carretera principal.

A 1 km de distancia se ubica el pueblo pesquero de Es Caló de Sant Agustí, junto a la playa de Ses Platgetes y dotado de restaurantes, terrazas, farmacia, supermercado, cajero, oficina de alquiler de vehículos, tiendas…

La capacidad máxima de la casa Llevant es de 4 plazas.

La casa dispone de:

 Las habitaciones disponen de ventiladores de techo y calefacción.

El precio de la estancia incluye limpieza de entrada (no limpieza diaria) ropa de cama y baño (una toalla de baño y una toalla de aseo por persona, una alfombrilla de baño por cada baño, un pareo de playa por persona y ammenities de bienvenida). El coste de juego de sábanas extra es de 3€ y el coste de juego de toallas extra es de 3€.

Se realiza un cambio de ropa de baño dos veces por semana para estancias superiores a una semana, y un cambio de ropa de cama semanal.

Para estancias inferiores a una semana se cobrará recargo de limpieza de 100€.Se abonará en efectivo el día de llegada.

Sostenible, que deberá ser recaudado directamente por el alojamiento turístico.

Los niños menores de 16 años quedarán exentos de su pago. La cantidad a pagar ha sido fijada por el

gobierno regional y fluctúa de los 50 céntimos a los 2 EUR por persona y noche más IVA, según el tipo de

alojamiento. En el caso de agroturismos y casas rurales el importe es de 1 2 +10% IVA (por persona, por

noche). A partir del 9º día de estancia este impuesto se reducirá al 50%.

El objetivo de esta medida es ayudar a mantener la belleza natural de esta isla.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jorge (the owner) a message.

If Jorge (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
