Very large two floors colonial style house that holds a fantastic situation next to the airport in the village of Sant Jordi.

Located within walking distance to the airport, taxis, bus, cafe restaurant next door and other amenities.

The swimmingpool measures about 8×4 metres. Loungers for 10, double balinese bed and outdoor dining table for a nice and quiet “al fresco dining”. 


The accommodation comprises a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kiving/dining area and kitchen are into the main villa, two bedrooms, a bathroom and living room are into the annex apartment with private access.

Every bedroom is air conditioned.

Overall this villa is the perfect house for your ibiza holiday with a large family or friends, looking for a very conveniently located property.

How to get there: Ibiza airport is 5 mins from the property. Car or taxi is advised. Car hire available at Ibiza Airport.

Distances: San Antonio 15 Km, Sant Josep 7 Km, Ibiza town 7 Km, Ibiza airport 0.5 km.

BOOKING TERMS: A refundable security deposit it is requested upon arrival and will be refunded on the final day of renting period. Deposit amount is €500,00 for up to 12 guests.

CLEANING SERVICE: The property will be in a perfectly clean and well-maintained state when the clients arrive. Fresh linens and towels are provided.

GUESTS: The total number of guests staying at the property should not exceed the persons number agreeded in the reservation phase. In case of extra persons, it must be notified to the manager. The accommodation is for the exclusive use of the clients and is not to be sub-let under any circumstances.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Checkin after 17.00h Checkout before 10.30h Checkin dates may be flexible, just ask. Clients are expected to arrive at the property at the predefined date and time. If a different arrival time is anticipated or delayed, the clients must notify us asap with the new arrival time.

Arrivals out of schedule have no extra cost.

Final cleaning and all household expenses are included in the price.
