THE VILLA MUST BE BOOKED FOR 10 PEOPLE IN JULY AND AUGUST.

This beautiful villa is in possibly one of the most Idyllic spots on Ibiza, this traditional finca provides incredible panoramic views over the valley of San Josep.

The decor is traditional, rustic and stylish. The original wooden roof and beams have been wonderfully restored and the house combines old and new features, making it homely and beautiful, inside and out.

The grounds of the villa are an amazing space to enjoy your holiday, with a children’s playground, chill out area, BBQ and large outdoor dining table. The large pool is surrounded by almond and olive trees and is a stunning setting to enjoy time with your friends and family.

In the main house there are 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 family bathrooms. The kitchen and dining room/living area are bright and airy, with natural light from both the skylights and doors leading out onto the top terrace. The living area has comfortable chairs and sofa, and a television. The terrace looks out over the pool and has chairs and a table to relax at.

The second dining room leads onto a Spanish style cottage which has two bedrooms, a twin and a double, both with air conditioning, and a family bathroom.

The villa is in the San Josep/Es Cubells area. It is a 7-minute drive to Es Cubells, a gorgeous small town perched on a cliff top. This tranquil location has been cherished for many generations as a place for spiritual retreat and relaxation.

The village centre comprises a 19th century church, a couple of tapas bars, and a children’s playground. Below the cliffs of Es Cubells, you will find some charming small coves such as Ses Boques with its beach restaurant and pine-shaded tables, which is frequented mainly by locals, and Cala Llentrisca which is ideal for snorkelling, due to its rocky edges and crystal-clear turquoise and blue waters.

The cosmopolitan village of San Josep San Josep is just 5-7 minutes away by car and here you will find excellent restaurants such as El Destino and Es Raco Verd, supermarkets, shops and bars, and a beautiful church and village centre to sit in, enjoy a coffee or glass or wine and people watch.

The capital of the island, Ibiza Town, is just 20-minutes away, and with its shops, bars, restaurants, beautiful mariner and historical old town, is a must do for sightseeing. Dalt Vila is a medieval fortress and is the heart of the old town, its winding cobbled streets throughout are lined with small traditional boutiques and museums, a spectacular church at the top and breath-taking views across Ibiza and to Formentera, as well as 5-star dining too.

Car hire is essential for this location, so that you don’t miss out on seeing the wild beauty of the surrounding areas, such as the Cala d’Hort nature reserve and the stunning beaches from which to watch the sunset. For the best and most reliable car hire services and airport transfers, just ask.

CHECK-IN

Leaving the airport, please call us and we will meet you at the villa to check you in, and check the passport to confirm the identity of the person who has made the property booking and signed the booking pack. At the same time, we will take any outstanding payments and answer any questions.

The fees regarding out of hours check in/check out are as per our terms and conditions.

Our working hours are 8am – 8pm, for arrivals and departures not within these hours, the following surcharges apply:

Check-in/out between 8pm - 11pm - 50 Euros

Check-in/out between 11pm - 6am - 70 Euros

Check-in/out between 6 am -8 am – 50 euros

These charges are not for you to extend your holiday stay; they are for our team members to meet you at the property outside of our working hours.

PLEASE NOTE:

*There is an Eco-tax of €2.20 per person, per night to be paid on arrival at the property, in euro cash.

*Security Deposit of €800 is due 2-3 days before arrival via pre-authorization.

*WE DO NOT ACCEPT EVENTS.

*If bookings are 2 weeks or more, then an extra cleaning is necessary every 7 days and the payment is extra on top of the advertised price.
