Jasmine Villa in Esentepe, North Cyprus, is a well equipped, and suitably furnished 4-bedroom airconditioned property with its own private pool set in an excellent location in North Cyprus with almost uninterrupted panoramic views of the sea and the breathtaking Besparmak mountain range. Jasmine Villa in Esentepe is spacious and light and airy. It's located in a small select development at the foot of the hill leading to Esentepe village, about 200m from the sea, and set in a spacious walled and gated garden containing a variety of Mediterranean plants and an extensive area of artificial grass. Ravines on either side ensure that the villa enjoys much privacy. The walls and railings around the property perimeter provide security for children.

Jasmine Villa in Esentepe will sleep up to 8 adults and two babies/toddlers. It's both baby friendly and toddler friendly, being specifically equipped to cater for young children with a high level of baby/toddler equipment available to minimise what parents need to take on holiday. Jasmine Villa in Esentepe would be equally attractive for adult-only visitors as the children's equipment is unobtrusive. Unlike so many other properties, all bedrooms at Jasmine Villa have blackout blinds/curtains to facilitate a good night's sleep. The aircon units provide warm air on winter evenings if required.

There are excellent facilities nearby including good restaurants, supermarkets, bank, and a petrol station, with the Korineum Golf and Country Club being 5 minutes drive away. For keen anglers, the seashore is only 200 metres from the villa. There are some superb sandy beaches 9-12 minutes drive away. The nearest restaurant is 2 minutes' drive and the nearest food shop is 3 minutes' drive.

There is a very generous allowance for free electricity with no meters to feed! Water, gas, laundry, wi-fi internet access, and the services of our local English agent are also free so, unlike many other properties, you would not get any surprise additional costs during and/or at the end of your stay. These items are important when evaluating various quotations you may receive.

Thank you for your kind comments. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay. We will have even more sun loungers next year plus a lovely new swing seat. Regarding drive time to Kyrenia, we normally find that driving there steadily without breaking any speed limits or encountering any really heavy or slow traffic, it takes us between 25 and 30 minutes to the main car park, or 5 minutes longer to the Wednesday market.

Your comments are much appreciated. Yes, we do try to maintain the villa and improve its facilities. Exterior of villa and railings have just been painted. For 2016 we have 4 additional reclining sunbeds and new umbrellas, 2 x USB charging sockets, new DVD player, some new mattresses, new mattress protectors, and a carbon monoxide alarm.

How do damage deposits work?
