The stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea, Besparmak (Five Finger) mountain range and magnificent sunsets, gives this villa its name, "Guzel Manzara", which translates to Beautiful View. The villa is located on a small private development and is only a 5 minute drive to the 18 hole championship Korineum Golf and Country Club, or to the quaint village of Esentepe, where there are bars, restaurants and mini markets. Internet, WiFi & local satellite TV are standard in this villa. The tranquil location of this villa lends itself to you deciding how relaxing or busy you wish to make your holiday. Hire car is essential.

This fully air conditioned villa, is furnished to a high standard, with the kitchen and lounge leading onto the terrace, overlooking the infinity pool, Mediterranean sea and mountains. This villa is equally suited for family holidays, golf parties or a romantic getaway for two. Cots and high chairs may be hired. There are two bedrooms downstairs which have a shower/wc room next door. The two bedrooms upstairs lead directly onto a huge balcony where there is a large gas bar-b-q, dining table and seating for 8, where you can relax watching superb sunset views over the sea. There is a bathroom upstairs with bath and shower above and WC. The master bedroom with king size bed has an en suite WC and shower room. Hand, bath and beach towels are provided. Air conditioning may also be used for heating on winter evenings if required. Although this villa is advertised as no smoking, you are welcome to smoke outside, including the terrace and balcony. Plenty of power points including USB charging points in Lounge and all bedrooms.

A five minute drive down the road is the Korineum Golf and Country Club, boasting a superb 18 hole championship golf course, driving range and 3 practice holes. The luxurious Club House has bars, restaurants and an excellent spa offering a variety of reasonably priced treatments. Guests are always welcome at the club and you can just visit for a coffee and a snack. On Thursday evenings, between July and October they have "Cyprus Nights" out on the lawns with great food and entertainment.

There are a selection of beautiful, uncrowded, sandy beaches within a 5 to 10 minute drive from the villa and if you wish to explore further you may even find some beaches to yourself.

The villa has fully fitted fly screens throughout, which will enable you to leave windows and doors open, whilst relaxing indoors, taking full advantage of the gentle breeze and sounds coming from the sea in the warmer months. Air conditioning should be turned off if you choose to have windows or doors open. There are 3 smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, first aid kit, fire blanket and extinguisher for your safety.

Although walled and gated the Villa does not have safety fencing as this would obstruct the beautiful views, therefore children must be supervised.

We can arrange discounted airport transfers and car hire if you wish.

A welcome package will be arranged if requested, at cost price of goods when purchased.

We have local representatives who you may contact, should any problems arise during your stay. If you require the villa to have an additional mid stay clean, you can arrange this via our representatives at a reasonable additional cost.

Why can't I call Phil (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Phil (the owner) a message.

If Phil (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
