Casa Esperanza is located in the quaint fishing village of Esperanza on the south coast which definitely is the buzzing tourist side of the island with beaches such as Sun Bay, Esperanza Beach, Media Luna, Navio, and also restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance from the house.

This newly decorated rental is located a little off the street, so there is private parking inside the lot and there is also a large shady backyard with a tropical garden with patio furniture and hammocks to laze around in enjoying the breeze and garden or use the grill grill to cook your party a feast. A new outdoor covered porch has been added along with an additional bathroom.

There is new living room furniture and the kitchen has also been updated with new linens, supplies, and cookware. The bedrooms and bathroom have also been redone with new furniture, mattresses, and also higher quality linens. Some of the amenities include Gas BBQ, hammock, fully equipped kitchen, A/C in the bedrooms for your sleeping comfort, ceiling and floor fans throughout the house to keep the breezes flowing, HI-DEF TV w/ DVD player, Radio/CD Player, guest book with travel information, a Book, CD and DVD library, fresh linens, New Washing Machine, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, a 5 -10 min walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, and also complimentary pick up and delivery service to the house with information and maps, and directions. If you do stay with us, you will treated to some insider information since I have working, on this island, in the hospitality industry for 17 years and have been renting out houses (mine, and other people's) for 6 years and my husband is a native VIequense who grew up here. We would truly help to make your vacation an enjoyable one.

Why can't I call Michelle (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Michelle (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michelle (the owner) a message.

If Michelle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
