From the owner

Comfortably appointed Gite within a renovated 18th Century Mas, with ivy clad stone walls. Mas Grandiflora is just 10 minutes from the International Perpignan airport within the historic village of Espira de L'Agly. Encircled by lush gardens the shared pool is private but has a view of the 12th Century bell tower and village Church.

La Bougainvillea one of 3 Gites, can offer accommodation for up to 5 people through the use of either 1 or 2 bedrooms, it is possible for a party of 2 or 3 people to use the upstairs area only and not use the ground floor bedroom. Entrance off the terrace . There is a ground floor bedroom with double bed and single bed. A flight of stairs lead into the open plan air conditioned lounge/ dining and kitchen area of the Gite with double French windows looking out over the historic Church and College. Comfortably furnished with a double convertible settee, free Wi-Fi, iPod docking station and French TV are all provided. The kitchen area is fully fitted and fully equipped with electrical appliances and all cooking utensils. A separate double bed room and a shower room with toilet and hand basin lie off the kitchen.

A dedicated ground floor terrace area offers table, chairs and barbecue for the sole use of this Gite for Alfresco dining.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Julia (the owner) a message.

If Julia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
