Finca exclusiva situada dentro del Valle de San Pedro de Esporles en la sierra Tramuntana (Patrimonio de la Humanidad) con unas vistas impresionantes. A 1 km del pueblo de Esporles, a sólo 11 Km de Palma. 4 Km del Golf de Son Termes y 15 minutos del aeropuerto. Antiguamente fue una posesión dedicada a la producción de aceitunas y aceite, tradición que actualmente se mantiene produciendo uno de los más reputados y exquisitos aceites virgen extra DO de Mallorca. La finca es atendida regularmente por personal para las labores propias de la explotación olivarera y para el control del correcto funcionamiento de todas sus instalaciones.

La Finca dispone de 6 dormitorios ( 4 dobles, 2 individuales (uno con acceso desde la Master) , 4 de ellos con Aire Acondicionado, 3 de ellos instalados este año:

- Master Suite con 2 camas de 1.05X2.00 con Aire acondicionado con baño completo en suite con Sauna , desde donde se comparte una habitación individual adicional con cama de 90x190 y un despacho, Baño en suite.

- Suite con 2 camas de 90X 1.90 Con Aire acondicionado instalado este año 2023

- Dormitorio individual con cama de 90x190 con baño con ducha en suite con ventilador Dyson

- En la parte Superior con acceso desde fuera un Dormitorio principal con una cama de matrimonio de 1.60X1.90 (Aire acondicionado instalado este año 2023 ) y un Dormitorio con 2 camas de 90X1.90 ( Aire acondicionado instalado este año 2023 ) y un baño completo y cocina americana en el salón/cuarto de estar. Amplia terraza con mesa de comedor exterior y zona de estar con espectaculares vistas del valle.

Why can't I call Tania (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tania (the owner) a message.

If Tania (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
