Rustic 16th century house with private pool and sea views welcomes 6 guests in Esporles

Not only can you take a refreshing dip in the private pool but you can also admire the sea views and the nature that surrounds this magnificent estate. The pool is chlorinated and measures 11 x 8m with a depth of 0.5 to 1.9m. Next to it there are several sun loungers to sunbathe or to protect yourself from the sun under the umbrella, as well as several tables where you can enjoy the good weather while having a midday vermouth in this incredible and special environment. Another table next to the house and under the awning is ideal for magnificent evenings with the family. There is a barbecue that can only be used from the 1st of November to the 30th of April, as from the 1st of May to the 31st of October it is forbidden to make fire due to the wooded terrain. The property is fenced and the maintenance staff lives in the house next door.

The house is a 16th century house which has been restored. It has 250 m2 divided into two floors that conserve incredible rustic details such as the wooden beams and the stone façade. From the outside terrace we enter the original kitchen that will transport you to times gone by with its stone sink, the original tiles and also the pantry. It also has a gas cooker and a small table with chairs where you can prepare breakfast, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. From here we enter a formal dining room with well-preserved rustic furniture and space for 6 people.

From the dining room we access the patio or distributor from which we can enter the other part of the house where the spacious and bright living room is. Like the rest of the house it has incredible details and antique furniture, with comfortable sofas and armchairs in which to rest and disconnect, and it has a fireplace to keep you warm on the coldest days.

From the living room we go upstairs where you will find a small sitting room where you can watch TV, with access to another terrace and access to the bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third has a double bed. All have wardrobes and a fan for the warmer nights. The house has another bathroom with bathtub to service the rest of the house. The house also has central heating for the winter months and if you are travelling with a baby we can provide a cot and high chair.

The house is located in the municipality of Esporles, and is ideal for walks and excursions to visit other beautiful nearby villages and places such as Puigpunynet, Puig de Galtazo, Establiments.... It is at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range where the triangle formed by Soller, Deià and Valldemossa is a must to visit. The nearest beach is Palma, only 18 km away, and if you like golf, the nearest golf course is 15 km away. In the charming village you will find the basic services for an independent stay.
