Description

Magnificent Riad perfectly situated in the middle of the medina in a quiet area. A few steps from the souks and 400 meters from the beach, the ideal choice for a stay without a car. Riad is composed as follows: - 1 double room with bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. - 1 double bedroom with bathroom and toilet on the first floor. - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds on the first floor. - Kitchen, living room, dining room on the second floor. Large terrace with seating and sun roof. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, 4 burner hob, fridge freezer. Guests can relax in the lounge equipped with a mini CD system with USB port, and satellite TV with international channels. The rooms have wardrobes decorated by hand by artist local.Un a cot is available. The linen is provided (towels, sheets, duvet covers, towels). Enjoy the private sun terrace and sunny, suntan, enjoy meals and breakfast under a pergola. This is the place to do good naps with the distant sound of the waves. Touria the cook will make you share its excellent traditional cuisine and prepare its good breakfasts on the terrace, upon request. The shops are located 50 meters from the house, grocery, bakery, fruit merchant and vegetables, pharmacy at 100 meters, restaurant, and souks 300 meters. Many water sports are also available on the beach: kite surfing, sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, supervised swimming. On your arrival, we will advise on the best places and most beautiful places to visit, hoping that your stay is unforgettable. For travel, taxis and rental cars are 300 meters from the house. We can organize transfers from different airports (Essaouira, Marrakech, Casablanca, Agadir) and drive you to the house.

Getting around

For travel, the taxi station is at the door "BAB MARRAKECH" 300 meters of the Riad. a taxi costs 7 dirham (70 euro cents) regardless of the route in the city.

I will be delighted to welcome you at the door "BAB MARRAKECH" (south gate of the Medina) and provide you all the advice and recommendations. We can arrange airport transfers and tours on request. I am delighted to be able to share my home. Many vacationers who occupy it, and feel at home.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Angou (the owner) a message.

If Angou (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
