(see up to 14 people if you rent the annex surcharge villa of 90m2 with 2 bedrooms or 5 additional beds. ) You will surely find the calm in the middle of this vast country so peaceful. Response from the owner Tout D'abord nous sommes extrêmement déçus que vous n'ayez pas été pleinement satisfait. Et nous prenons bonne note de chaque point abordé. Pour répondre plus précisément à votre interrogation vis à vis de la superficie. Le terrain fait plus de 5000m2 et la villa est construite sur une dalle de 1000m2 et offre de grands espaces parfois ouverts comme le patio central qui dessert chaque chambre avec une coursive sous arcades; ou seulement couverts comme peut l'être la grande terrasse bordant la piscine. La notion d'espace habitable peut alors être effectivement interprétée de différentes façons. Bien entendu, cela était voulu qu'une si grande surface ne soit pas complètement cloisonnée et soit partiellement aérée. Jusqu'à présent les locataires avaient tendance à être séduits par cette conception. Néanmoins ce n'est pas votre cas, nous le respectons, et, comme vous l'aviez précisé, le facteur qui a pu joué défavorablement dans cette perception est la météo qui n'a pas été à la hauteur de celle que l'on peut s'attendre à bénéficier habituellement au Maroc. Pour ce qui est de la piscine de 100m2, là encore, les températures moins clémentes lors de votre passage n'ont pas pu permettre une utilisation confortable de cette espace qui habituellement est le point fort de la villa. Dans l'annonce il n'est pas spécifié qu'elle est chauffée et cela serait compliqué avec ses 120m3. La température de l'eau était effectivement limite : 22°. Pour notre part nos enfants se baignaientt malgré tout avant et après votre passage et 4 shortis avaient été laissé à votre disposition. Cependant, nous avions cru vous réserver une bonne surprise en étant parvenue à installer un Jaccuzy non mentionné dans l'équipement de la villa et ce, juste avant votre venue et au prix de bons efforts et d'un budget non négligeable. Ce jaccuzy avait été testé 24h avant votre arrivée par nos soins et nous nous rejouissions de l'effet qu'il allait vous procurer. Xavier, notre villa manager vous a apparemment expliqué le fonctionnement relativement simple le jour de votre arrivée, mais probablement pas assez clairement. Mais il est grand dommage que vous n'ayez pas eu le réflexe de le solliciter à nouveau afin de pouvoir en profiter dès le départ, sachant que Xavier se tenait spécialement à votre disposition pendant votre séjour pour toute assistance que vous jugiez nécessaire. Enfin dans votre descriptif paysager je vous trouve assez dur, certe la villa est récente et de ce fait elle ne peut avoir une ambiance végétale aussi aboutie que pour une villa qui a 15 ans de plus, d'un autre côté vous admettrez qu'il y a d'autres côtés positifs à choisir une facture récente et moderne. Si nous sommes quelque peu blessés c’est parceque nous avions fait planté juste avant votre arrivée 11 cocos de plus de 4m, 4 palmiers washingtonia de 3,5m aux abords de la piscine, 3 bananiers, 2 Hibiscus, 16 bougainvilliers, 8 oranger avec les fruits, 2 citronniers, 35 cyprès... tout cela de façon additionnelle à tout ce qu'il y avait avant: massif fleuri, arganiers et oliviers qui ont produit la savoureuse huile d'olive que Zora utilisait par la conception de certains de vos plats... Enfin quand vous écrivez "juste de l’herbe" cela est très réducteur quand on sait que l'on se trouve au Maroc et que d'offrir quelques milliers de m2 de gazon n'est pas une mince affaire. Mais nous prenons bonne note que cet environnement n’était pas à votre goût et nous nous appliquerons à l’améliorer. Enfin vous semblez trouver cher le fait d’avoir été facturé 13,6€ pour la préparation d’un repas pour 8 personnes et cela fait avec talent et générosité par Zora. Nous restons persuadés que cela reste plus que raisonnable même au Maroc Jusqu'alors aucun locataires ne s'étaient plaint bien au contraire et sachez que nous sommes très affectés et désolés de votre perception puisque notre but et l’entière satisfaction de nos locataires. Nous osons espérer qu’il restera en votre souvenir quelques bonnes choses et supposons que votre objectivité a pu être tinté quelque peu par une expérience précédente plus intéressante et par une météo défavorable.
