Number 30 is a charming light filled little house in Essaouira's medina, the walled old town.
Right in the heart of town in a traditional street with Moroccan families, its within easy walking distance of all the shops and markets, the Main Square and the Old Port and beach.
The house is a simple, traditional Moroccan house, whitewashed inside and out and filled with local and vintage treasures with a 60s vibe.
You enter the house into the kitchen, simply equipped with all that you need, the small table seats 4-5 for meals.
Up to the first floor, where there are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
Up to the next bathroom, then a few steps take you out into the sunshine, where you find the 3rd double bedroom and the Salon. This living room has traditional Moroccan banquette seating upholstered with vintage 60s fabric and a dvd and tv with a selection of films to watch and books to read.
Theres a small outside seating area for reading, and steps up to the top terrace where you can sunbathe peacefully, read, relax and enjoy an evening cocktail.
Traditional Moroccan meals can be made for you on request, payable in local currency, and my cleaner comes every day to keep the house tidy for you.
I can provide all the information you need to enjoy the local shops, restaurants, and surrounding beaches and markets.
The house is looked after by friends who live locally who are on hand to help with anything you need during your stay.
