You'll only need your toothbrush and suitcase in this fantastic rental! Immaculate two bedroom, two bath, second floor condo in the amazing Bella Terra community! Beautiful furnishings and premium linens, towels, and amenities (including TV and WIFI Internet) welcome you to this amazing condo complete with tile flooring throughout, vaulted/cathedral ceilings, wood plantation shutters, crown molding, A/C, and six ceiling fans (three fans in the living areas, one fan in each bedroom, and one fan on the lanai) to keep you cool.

Sip your morning coffee or tea on the sprawling lanai, before enjoying your meal at the kitchen's granite breakfast bar or 4-person counter-height table in the kitchen. Retreat to the master bedroom suite complete with an ultra-comfortable king-sized bed, dresser, TV, private bathroom, and a huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom boasts a contemporary espresso bedroom set with an amazing queen-sized bed and a large closet. Relax on the comfortable leather living room furniture including the sleeper-sofa couch with a memory foam mattress. This home-away-from-home includes a washing machine, dryer, stainless steel kitchen appliances (including dishwasher), coffee maker, and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal in the well-appointed kitchen complete with granite counters and custom cabinets.

This condo sleeps up to six people (king bed, queen bed, and queen sleeper-sofa). There is also a pack-and-play/crib available, if needed. Both bathrooms feature granite counter tops, stunning vanities, and glass bowl sinks. Walk-in shower in master bath, while guest bath features shower-tub combination. Condo includes one covered carport parking space and additional guest parking!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
