The apartment is set in a family neighborhood in a pleasant and quiet location, 100 meters from the beach and 60 meters from the railway station of S. Pedro do Estoril.

The apartment has been totally renovated and it’s located in a 1st floor of a building with no lift but with easy access by large stairs.

As you enter a hall gives access to the large and luminous living room with dining area.

The dining area has a table and chairs for 6 guests to enjoy your home meals. The living area has a comfortable sofa, an armchair and two puffs as well as a TV LCD with international channels and WI-FI access throughout the house.

The kitchen is located in front of the living room and it’s fully equipped with modern appliances and all the crockery and cutlery you need to prepare a home meal. It has hob and oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer, iron and ironing board. It also has a little kitchen table ideal for breakfast.

A hall separates the social and the private area of the three bedrooms.

The master bedroom en suite elegantly decorated in tones of black, grey and yellow is furnished with a king size bed, a wardrobe and two bedside tables. The suite has a private bathroom with walk-in shower. Towels, toilet paper, hand gel, shower gel and shampoo will be provided.

Along the corridor lies the two twin bedrooms and one bathroom with bathtub and shower. Also available towels, toilet paper, hand gel, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. The twin bedrooms have two single beds each and are merrily decorated in cheerful and fun colors. One of the bedrooms has a little balcony.

The apartment has heaters and fans for your comfort all year.

The train station in São Pedro do Estoril it’s only 60 meters and leads you to Cascais center in 10 minutes and to Lisbon center in 25 minutes. Sintra is only 30 minutes away by car or bus.

The Cascais City Hall charges 2 € per night of stay for each person from 13 years old with a maximum of 7 nights. This tax has to be paid in cash on the check-in.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
