Ideally located in the heart of the seaside resort of Etretat, 250 m from the sea and cliffs, this typical fisherman house allows access on foot to the beach, restaurants and shops, the casino and the hiking trails. Enjoy a pleasant stay with family or friends enjoying in the summer, the garden at the bottom of a small green alley and, in winter, the cozy living room with fireplace. ------------------ Typical fisherman's house with garden, located in the small green alley Maubert courtyard in the heart of Etretat, withdrawn from circulation. A 250 m from the beach and famous cliffs, 100 m to restaurants and shops: bakery, butcher, fishmonger, supermarket, shop, hairdressers, souvenir shops etc. The house has an enclosed garden where you can enjoy the garden and the barbecue in summer. At the ground floor: The house has a living room with its friendly kitchen open to the dining room and warm living room with fireplace. The living room is furnished with a table for 5 people and a lounge side with a sofa and an armchair. You have a TV and a DVD player. The fitted kitchen: fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, washer dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, knife block and many kitchen utensils, table and iron. A first bedroom with a bed of 2 people (140x190 cm), large wardrobe with hanging space and shelves, two bedside tables. A small shower room with wash basin, heated towel rail and hairdryer. separate toilet. We welcome babies and children by providing baby equipment (cot, booster seat and foot rest), board games and books. Upstairs you will find a warm room (no door) with exposed beams. two separate single beds (90x200, ability to link to a large bed with separate mattresses 180x200 cm), a sofa bed (140x190) with a dressing closet, a small library with books and games companies.
