Warren House & Spa is a boutique country stay. We offer boutique spa stays for up to 11 people and we can host yoga weekends, photoshoots and dining experiences. We can connect you to all sorts of activities the English countryside has to offer drawing on quality connections that we have built over the years from chefs to massage and wild swims. Just let us know if you have ideas and we will do our utmost to help you make it happen.

The spa is situated outdoors at the far end of the house, it has been designed to feel like total luxury and you feel submerged in nature be it during a beautiful bright sunny day or at night under the stars. It consists of our beautiful wood fired Hot Tub, Barrel Sauna with a one way panoramic window, Ice Plunge and an outdoor hot and cold shower. There are two large tables so you can dine Al fresco for up to 12 people.

The gardens are luxurious and spacious and designed to feel zoned so even if you are a large party you can find a moment of peace and relaxation too. The house is in an acre of orchard so there is lots of space for children to run around too. There are countryside views over the Cotswolds from every single window.

The ground floor of the house is so great for large groups because its such a generous space. you will never feel crammed in as there are lots of different places to be.The large open-plan kitchen/ dining room is perfect for catching up with each other and has lots of room for everyone to be seated for dinner. The snug has a TV and just feel super cosy , The large lounge is bathed in natural light and feels very calm. We can bring out a TV if you request, There is small lounge/workspace with a desk available to use ,The Orchard room is our little single on the ground floor which can be really handy for anyone not wanting to climb stairs , boot room/utility, WC,

The First floor is where you will find the rest of the bedrooms. All of the mattresses are memory foam and they a so comfortable. We want you to feel like you had the best sleep ever ! The linens are hotel grade linen crisp and white and super fresh. We are lucky in that we essentially have two masters so it works great when families meet up here as there is no feeling of compromise on the bedrooms at all.

We do have the loft which has two singles but the room has no window and very steep stairs. We do not include this space in our guest numbers unless it is requested. The same goes for the little toddler bed that we can make up in the Family Room. We can make this up on request and bring the numbers up to 14 or 12 respectively.

The Field - Providing there is no live stock on the field please feel free to walk on there or have a picnic.

The house has off-street parking for up to 6 cars.

We have a house Manager and on the day of checking she can be reached up until 7pm if you are unsure of anything. A meet and greet can be arranged at your request. Once you feel settled we leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. We have a lockbox for self check in and we will personalise your entry code and send this to you on the day of check in.
